Key Account Manager for Germany/DACH region
Your profile
- Successful experience with
- Projects sales of technical products either stand-alone or as part of a system solution
- Value selling
- Direct sales to Key accounts
- Food, logistic and/or brewery industries
- Hunter sales profile with a good sense of teamwork and follow-up skills
- Positive mind-set and passionate about sales and business development
- Thrives in a rapid growth strategy environment
- Master in long term customer relations
- Result orientated – strong closer
- Speaks & writes English and German
- Prepared to travel 70+ days
- Based in Germany or The Netherlands
KAM Role & Responsability
- Responsible for Sales and marketing in Germany & potentially DACH region
- Drive the commercial development and agenda in region
- Creation of annual budget/sales strategy in region together with CCO
- Part of Group sales division, consisting of 5 KAM / regional sales managers
- Continuously create a stream of customer leads, meeting and quotations
- Create and develop long terms relationships with key customers and partners
- Expert in your own market including trends, network and competitor situation
- KAM role – but for the right profile potentially a Regional Sales Manager role with own team
