Waste water

Above ground and below ground. Pipes, building, instruments, electronics and equipment in the buildings risk being exposed to corrosion and bacterial growth if a proper moisture level in the air is not ensured.

Airwatergreen dehumidification technology is well suited for installations in sewage-related buildings. The dehumidifiers are built to withstand harsh environments with the right choice of materials and few moving parts. They are also just as energy efficient even at low temperatures. This makes it possible to have effective dehumidification in buildings that are at a lower temperature. And to reduce heating costs in buildings that are rarely visited. The dehumidifiers ensure a good climate without corrosion and mold formation.

For pumping stations we have a combination solution with a dehumidifier and a carbon filter included called Odorless Climate. This solution keeps the station dry and addresses challenges with hydrogen sulfide odor.

Airwatergreen products are very easy to install as they do not require the laying of ventilation pipes. Dry air and water are produced on site and all our products can be easily connected for monitoring.

with dehumidification capacity adapted to the moisture load. REX can be supplemented with special equipment for particularly harsh environments.

Pumping station

Challenge: Both the building and the equipment in the building are exposed to a continuous moisture load. Hydrogen sulphide is present in most pumping stations and is sometimes a nuisance to the environment.

Our solution: FLEX dehumidifiers that are easily installed even in smaller pumping stations. In very large pumping stations, even REX can also be used. Ability to reduce heating where possible to save energy – our dehumidifiers are just as effective at low temperatures. Set the required humidity level (RH) and let the dehumidifier create a good climate.
Combine the dehumidifier with our carbon filter to remove unpleasant odors!
Take advantage of the Tempguard function that allows the dehumidifier to act as a heater when the temperature drops below a defined level.

Pipe galleries

Challenge: Moisture challenges in underground spaces. Cold pipes have a high risk of condensation.
Our solution
: FLEX dehumidifier that can be easily mounted on a wall. If the pipes are at a low temperature, we recommend using a dew point sensor for optimal control of dehumidification.

Challenge: Storage of chemicals that need a controlled moisture level.
Our solution
: FLEX dehumidifier that can be easily wall-mounted. Set the desired moisture level and the dehumidifier will automatically control the set value.

Staff rooms and other spaces and storerooms

Challenge: It is important to have good ventilation, which in itself can constitute a moisture load during the summer months when the moisture in the outdoor air rises.

Our solution
: Adapt the dehumidification capacity to the calculated and assessed moisture load. FLEX or REX. Adapt the need over time.

Product selection for sewage

The choice of product depends on the moisture load in the premises. We are happy to help you estimate the moisture load. Then we measure the actual moisture level and can make a calculation that includes the dimensions of the premises and ventilation.

In small to medium-sized pumping stations, the FLEX is the natural choice. FLEX dehumidifiers can be mounted on a wall bracket or stand freely on the floor. FLEX can also be configured to act as an additional heating element with the Tempguard function.

Carbon filter BLACKBOX removes hydrogen sulphide in pumping stations. Can be combined with dehumidifiers to maintain a suitable moisture level in the pumping station but also to reduce the moisture load on the carbon filter and thus extend its life.

REX is ideally used in large pumping stations and other large spaces such as filter beds. Multiple REXs provide increased capacity.

Both FLEX and REX can be connected to existing monitoring systems via Modbus.
