High demands on air quality!

In buildings and premises where we stay regularly and for a long time, we should set high standards for air quality.

Dehumidification of properties

Public premises require a certain proportion of outdoor air in the ventilation system, which means that moisture is brought into the premises during parts of the year via the ventilation system. Humidity and temperature should be kept relatively constant at a level below 55% RH to avoid corrosion and mold growth.

Moisture affects the whole building, from the building elements themselves to the occupants and their health! Materials and equipment stored or used within the premises can also be damaged by excessive moisture levels, resulting in corrosion or mold growth.

In some premises it may be important to maintain a stable climate all year round. Dehumidify and cool in summer and heat and also humidify in winter. We can deliver this with our CVP technology in the NEXT-S product!

Airwatergreen energy-efficient dehumidifiers are installed in a large number of properties in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and above and below ground premises. Schools, Real Estate, Archives, Industrial premises etc etc.

Being able to dehumidify as efficiently at low temperatures is appreciated as it has made it possible to reduce heating costs in premises that are rarely used. This is also an advantage in cold attics, crawl spaces and other underground premises.

Being able to install the dehumidifiers without unnecessary routing of ventilation pipes reduces installation costs. Especially underground!

The REX dehumidifier is mobile and used in larger premises. Our smaller FLEX dehumidifier is portable and used in smaller premises up to the size of a small church.

Our NEXT can handle very large moisture loads with an airflow of up to 10,000 m3/h and our NEXT-S delivers a stable climate all year round in large premises.
